As of last year, I was introduced to essential oils for the first time. I’ve been learning about all the benefits overtime and have been pleased with my findings. To benefit completely, one will need to do a bit of testing and experimentation to find which and what works best for them. Two oils I believe that are best to start out with are Peppermint and Lemon. These two oils can be used for household cleaning, aroma therapy, skin care, stress relief, immune system boosting, and much more!

The pricing for the amount of oil received is such a bargain compared to competitors! You can’t beat $20.00 for 4 FL OZ especially if you plan on using the oils for large tasks frequently such as an addition to your natural household cleaning supplies. You can stretch these oils even further by using a carrier oil which is strongly recommended if you plan on using these oils on your skin at all. Pure and natural oils are far stronger than most would think. Please, make sure you take the proper precautions before using any type of essential oil.
InstaNatural Lemon Essential Oil – This oil smells wonderful. The scent reminds me those old fashion lemon drop candies but much stronger. I also feel a bit more refreshed after getting a good whiff. I’ve mainly been diffusing this oil in my home as well as utilizing it’s amazing cleaning abilities. I’ve found it refreshing to use in my home. It leaves a lovely lingering aroma after use for hours when used to clean my bathroom and kitchen. I learned that this oil is great at removing sticky substances like stickers or gum, waxy mark from crayons, and grease spots and oil with ease. I particullary like using it to shine up my stainless steel pots, pans, and appliances.
InstaNatural Peppermint Essential Oil – This oil gives off a strong minty smell. I have to dilute it if using it on my skin. My preferred use of this oil is to diffuse it around my home or add about 5 drops of it to my bath. A little bit goes a long way. After use, I’ve always felt my mood lift. It has helped me to be more focused on a number of tasks. My sometime awful fatigue usually sways once deeply inhaling this oil for a short amount of time. Inhaling this oil has been wonderful as a decongestant whether I’ve had a cold or am dealing with yucky allergies. One thing I didn’t know this oil does is to soothe feeling sick to your stomach. I tend to get car sickness while driving long distances so I’m going to be sure to bring this along and give this a go before turning toward medications.
Both of these oil have similar as well as completely different benefits. The bottles are the same size and each come with a glass dropper. The glass dropper makes measuring and applying super simple. These are not to be taken internally. Always dilute if using on your skin and be sure to research if you have any questions. I recommend giving these a try!
